Welcome to Carolyn Hugley State Farm! After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University, I embarked on a successful career as a State Farm Agent starting in 1988. In addition to my work as an insurance agent, I have also served as a Georgia State Representative for House District 136, representing the interests of my constituents.

I am proud to be a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a renowned organization that promotes sisterhood and community service. Additionally, I am an active member of the Columbus GA Chapter of The Links, Inc., which is dedicated to empowering communities through volunteerism and philanthropy.

Recognizing the importance of workforce development, I am honored to be a member of the Lower Chattahoochee Workforce Development Board. Through this role, I contribute to efforts aimed at creating and expanding employment opportunities in our region.

Overall, I am passionate about making a positive impact in both my professional and personal life, and I am committed to serving and improving the communities I am a part of.
